Can I switch plans mid-cycle?
Yes. When you upgrade, we prorate the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next cycle, so you never lose access prematurely.
What happens if I exceed my submission limit?
FormFlow will notify you at 80% and 100% capacity. We will never charge surprise overage fees. Instead, your forms will enter a read-only archive state until the next cycle or until you upgrade.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or education?
Absolutely. Verified 501(c)(3) organizations and accredited educational institutions receive a permanent 30% discount on Pro and Enterprise plans. Contact our sales team with your documentation to apply.
Is there a long-term contract or commitment?
No. All plans are billed monthly or annually on a pay-as-you-go basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your dashboard settings.
